Bulgur Wheat Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls

Extra Easy – 2.5 syns for entire recipe
1 small onion, chopped
Couple of fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
3 low syn sausages (skin removed) or use lean pork mince (1.5 syns – syn value may vary depending on type of sausages used)
1/2 cup of bulgur wheat (soaked in 1 cup of water for 30 mins and drained)
1 small apple, grated (1 syn)
salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 180c or 350f
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Roll into balls
Spray a baking tray with Pam or Frylight spray, place the balls on the baking tray, spray over the top with more Pam or Frylight spray and baking in the oven until golden all over.
This can also be made as just stuffing, you just need to place the mix into a dish and bake in the oven.
They are great served with any roast dinner.
