Syn Free Beef and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spray a deep pot over a medium high heat with spray oil.
  2. Add the ground beef, onion and garlic and fry until browned.
  3. Add the cabbage and fresh tomatoes and fry for a further couple of mins.
  4. Stir in the cumin, paprika, thyme and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Add the stock, passata and tomato paste, then bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 mins.
  6. Season as needed with salt and black pepper.
  7. Enjoy!!
