Ingredients
2 medium baking potatoes in skins, cut into wedges
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper
Pam or Frylight
Method
Preheat oven to 200c or 400f
Add wedges to a saucepan of boiling hot water.
Blanch for approx 8-10 mins

After my experiment with potatoes and flour for my quiche base, last week. I decided to have a go using similar ingredients for a pizza base. This turned out lovely and light and crispy. I can’t wait to try different toppings on this. It was really delicious!!
