2 cups of sweet potato cut into 1-inch chunks

Ingredients
200g mushrooms
1 Onion Chopped
Herbs Fresh or Dried (Marjoram, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary and Oregano)
2 cloves of garlic crushed
400g of passata or chopped tomatoes
150g spinach
1 cup of water
1 veg stock cube
1 tsp worcester sauce
splash of balsamic vinegar
2 drops of tabasco sauce

I put this together the other day and forgot to add it to my blog, so here goes
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 pot of sugar free jelly
1 pot of fat free yoghurt (of your choice)
1 banana
2 tablespoons of light squirty cream
Method
In a wine glass, layer the jelly, yoghurt, banana and then squirty cream.
