Last time I went to the US shopping, I brought back some yummy flavour Yoplait Yoghurts. Bit optimistic too as they were not syn free as hoped, they were 2 syns each. But 2 syns wasn’t too bad, so still had them anyway.

Ingredients
2 small Baking Potatoes
3 slices of turkey bacon or low fat bacon
Handful of Button Mushrooms Sliced
Onion Sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
42g of mozzarella cheese (HEa)
Method
Preheat Oven to 200c or 400f
Prick the potatoes in their skins and microwave in oven for approx 7-8 mins

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Linguine (your choice on amount)
1 tablespoon of Red Pesto (2.5 syns)
Fresh Crab
Frozen Peas
Method
Cook your pasta
Stir in frozen peas
Add 1 tablespoon of Pesto and stir to coat pasta
Remove from heat
Stir in some fresh crab meat.

I found a recipe for a low syn sponge on minimins and adapted it into this lovely Carrot Cake.
Ingredients
6 eggs, separated
9 tbsp Splenda
