Ingredients
1 large wine or sundae glass
5 strawberries chopped
1 slice of fresh pineapple chopped
handful of fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon of sweetener
1 tub of flavoured fat free yoghurt
1/5 of a 100 calorie shortbread pack – (1 syn) (Use a similar in syn value biscuit, you don’t need much, half a biscuit will do)

Ingredients
500g of lean stewing beef (trim any visible fat)
3 large carrots
1 large sweet potato
2 medium onions
3 potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
Mixed Herbs
Spray Oil
800ml of stock (made with 1 veggie stock cube and 1 beef stock cube)

4 chicken thighs or 2 chicken breasts
red pepper sliced
green pepper sliced
courgette sliced
spring onion
beansprouts
